i did, but vacation time is only alowed when you're not in move..

I can't move cause the next ready game is an empty chessboard..no pieces at all.
first i'd thought it is a joke, and tryed several games but they were all empty boards.
What can i do to avoid running out of time? Who is responsible for that?
Is this the final count down?
