Real 3d board problem

I have been using the Real 3d board for some time now.  The past couple days the board has quit working in Tactics Trainer using v3.  All other boards work fine.  Real 3d will work on the Old Chess.com.  I have cleared cache and did a hard reset, but it still does not work in v3. 

That sounds like a bug. Use the bug reporting tool in V3.

I reported it as a bug, haven't heard back yet.

I have yet to recieve any type of response to the bug report.  Can anyone tell me if it is being addressed?

I think the only time I've been contacted when reporting a bug that way was was when they needed more information. So it is possible they won't contact you.
