Recent games not showing in Archives



I show 9 games against @Swapndurg1 in your archive. Is that the friend?

@Martin_Stahl Yes, its him. It shows correctly that I played 9 games against him, but in the archives, only 6 out of them are displaying. Do you know why this is so?

I count 9 games in your archive. Make sure your filter is set to Rated and Unrated ... it's probably only showing one

@Martin_Stahl How is that possible? I even checked my archives and went to his profile and checked also his archives for games played against me. In both of them it shows only 6 games. If you know, please tell me where is this filter, I checked in my Settings everywhere but couldn't find it

Are you on one of the apps? I'm seeing the games without on the website.

I was able to verify that the apps aren't showing some of the games; the website archive has them but there is bug regarding those that has been reported to staff and is likely related to why the games aren't showing for you.

@Martin_Stahl Yes, I checked in my phone app as I use the interface on phone. Ok, I will check if the games are visible through website. But then also, this is really poor management from Chess.com, they are not fixing bugs in the app and their customer support seems to just be there for namesake. They never respond to any queries, pathetic.

It appears to be a recent bug that just appears to have just started yesterday. Support usually takes 1-3 days to respond to tickets but may be longer depending on ticket loads
