Reducing time even if it's not my turn

My time reduces even if it is not my turn. I already lost a few matches due to time. Can anyone tell me is it so? ( I have Premove on)
Hello Zoroe28, I can, sadly, affirm such clock problems, and worse. Almost every game I play now my opponents’ clocks ADD time after hitting zero! I have written to chess.com repeatedly, and they keep sending me this puerile b.s. about cookies and web servers, as if I am an idiot, or they keep trying to say it’s my connection (“are you using cellular data?”), which is bunk because I am always on WiFi, and such issues never happen with the other chess apps I use. So, good luck getting your clock issues fixed - I have found it to be utterly exasperating and their “help” totally ineffective. Take care, d
