Hi its Been 3 days since I opened the ticket for refund, they haven't replied me yet. And it's my first subscription, I was told to be given 7 days of free trial but my money was deducted instantly.

Also, higher volume support requests added to staff time off adds up to a slight backlog and increased response time.

Who else here avoids playing with diamond members, cowards go on 40 days vacation and it's so annoying to wait for their next move. I'm a platinum member and I want to cancel my membership. And leave chess.com till they remove this vacation thing. And if they don't refund my yearly membership I'll leave chess.com anyway and suggest my circle to do so.

You can play in no vacation tournaments to stay away from it. But all premium members get automatic timeout protection (auto-vacation) in Daily

You'll need to contact Support directly using the option in the menu. Choose the billing/refund related option

i can't click the support in the chess.com. It the support button is broken. I want to get a refund because i forgot to cancel the trial period. it was charged 1 day ago. Will i get my refund? iam currently studying abroad so i need this money to pay bills. Any support members here to help me with this situation, I am really frustuated.

The code loads from a different site so if your browser is likely blocking the code from loading.

If you open a ticket you'll receive a message in the support tool and should also receive an email
