Has anyone else experienced a headache trying to get a refund from these guys?
They charged my card without authorization for another year membership $99 which I have asked to be refunded through their support/contact us page - I am still waiting for a response 10 days later.
Does anyone know how to get in touch with them? I'd really rather sort the issue out with them first before taking my complaint to the bank.
