Refund help!

Yesterday, my card was charged automatically for a yearly subscription. I had signed up less than a month prior for a free trial. Chess.com deducted 100 dollars for a yearly subscription Friday. I'm guessing this is because I was paid. This would have been my first subscription if I actually wanted it, so I'm fairly certain the "30 day money back guarantee" applies here.

I already have tried to contact them through here. I've received one auto-respond email since then. Is there anything I can do besides wait?

It can take a few days to get contacted. Site ticket loads have been high but they've added staff doing billing related ones, so it probably won't take too long overall.

It's been like 3 days and I still haven't received any follow up emails or been contacted by someone. I'm getting worried I won't see that 100 dollars again
