Since I cannot get ahold of anyone from Chess.com, I figured I would write about it here. I was charged my yearly subscription and wanted to refund it shortly after I saw the charge. I did it through the chat with the AI chatbot. Which told me my request would be processed, and I would hear back from Chess.com by email and by chat in the next 4 days. It has been almost a month, with no email, nor any sign of life. I was wondering who I could talk to about this, and if there is any way for me to get my refund. Thanks
Hmm. It looks like you are not a first time member asking for a refund within the first 30 days.
I don't know if they are giving refunds to people outside that group.
But normally, when people ask for a refund, they have to complete and submit a form.
Did you do that?
