Refund policy


Hi!
I forgot my 7 day free trial ended and I was billed for an overwhelming 99$ for a years membership. (Big cash for me)
I contacted support 3 days ago and it says Premium users have priority in sent tickets but I still haven’t got an answer.
It clearly says chess.com has a 30 day money back guarantee and I’m a first time subscriber so I should be refunded according to the policies but am still worried because it really is a big deal to me economically.
I know 3 days is not a lot there are probably lots of tickets sent but I was just hoping for a confirmation that I can get refunded?

Same problem here. I've written two mails right now. First one was a week ago and I still have any answer. What should I do in such circumstances?
I got refunded in 3 days or 4 if I recall correctly. I was happy with the customer service, can take some time if there’s traffic but if you are applicable for the refund you will get it, don’t worry.

I started a free trial on Nov4 witch ended on Nov 11. I forgot to cancel my membership and today (Dec25) I was charged 99$. I sent email to Chess.com about this issue but they haven't responded yet. So does anyone know what to do to cancel premium membership and get a refund?

Fear not they will refund you as soon as they are back in the office.
Oh I just saw you tried to cancel on Christmas day. They will still refund you, but after charging the cost of sending someone to the office on a holiday. $99 i think is the charge for that. Happy new year.
