Dear Chess.com,

I am dissatisfied with my premium membership. I have followed your instructions for how to get my refund for your '30-Day Money Back Guarantee' and it has been over a couple of days that I sent in a refund request and have heard no response. I was informed by your website that I should hear back within 24 hours. I also sent in 2 more emails and have yet to hear a response. This is getting rather frustrating as one can imagine. There is no phone number listed for me to call, which is rather annoying given that no one is getting back to me. Please give me my money back and cancel my premium membership.
