Hello, i have requested a refund after 1 day of activating diamond. I have sent an email to chess.com at 27/12/2023 and have not gotten any response back. I understand that this could be due to the holidays. I was just hoping of getting a response from someone about the process of my refund request

Due to the holidays and increased ticket loads it may take a little longer than expected to get a response.
You should also check the your spam/junk folders to make sure they haven't tried contacting you.
