My yearly subscription renewed despite me cancelling on the same day... so I've asked for a refund. Its been six days and 3 refund requests and I have still not been replied to by Chess.com. How can I speak to a person instead of the support bot?
Did you get a message in the Support tool that you would be contacted in 1-5 days or something along those lines?
