Refunded points for fair play violations

Hello.  Thank you for providing the chess resources on this website.  Every so often, I get a notification that one or more of my opponents have been banned for violating the fair play agreement.  I will be refunded the relevant rating points lost to those opponents.  Sometimes, I have traced such an opponent to what appears to be a game played months ago.  Yet, I have looked through my games archive and found two losses to players marked for fair play violation just within the last week, and have not received any notification, nor any rating refund.  Is this a bug in the system, or is there some kind of stipulation in the cheater-refund policy that I am unaware of?  Thank you for the kind assistance.

I'm not sure how to get this post to appear on Most Recent so that it can be noticed.  Maybe somebody can assist with that also?

I think it depends on how exactly the account was closed. You could always open a ticket to ask about it.

It is the red circle with a dash, which signifies violation of the fair play policy.

I know that, but there are some differences on the back-end, when an account gets closed, for that type of closure. It would appear one of them doesn't do the refund.
