remove restiriction on me - fair play policy-

hi. i do accept the fair play policy. but the speed of my connection is very low. please remove it from me

I have dosconnected like 5 games in a row why is it still on 

I think that some of the confusion around this comes from the presentation of this as a "fair play" issue, when in reality it's more a question of "reliable play".

Whether deliberate or not, and it's difficult to tell anyway, frequently disconnecting reduces the overal quality of the experience for others on the site and for that reason alone the restrictions should remain in place until you can demonstrate a more stable connection.

It may not be your fault as the "fair play" lable implies, but at the same time, it's not fair to your opponents to let you continue to disconnect on them.
