Is it possible to remove the autotracking the site does (sometimes to random stuff) and if, how?

If you mean threads then you scroll to the bottom and uncheck the 'Track this forum topic' box.

It auto tracks anything you post in. As for the random stuff, not sure what you mean by that.

On my home page it has under tracked activity an album and a tourney that a friend was part of. I would like to remove that link without removing all future updates from that friend
