I tried to contact help and support and as usual got jerked around. So I am leaving this post even better. I will not be renewing my membership unless people who connect disconnect have the game forfeted immediatly upon disconnection. They went from five minutes which was ridiculous to three minutes with is just as bad. Not one more penny until you change. I hope everybody will do the same.
