I like to report a player.

I was playing bughouse, he was constantly spamming and demanding stuff during the game

when the game ended I had used half the game time, he was flagged(my partner) then putting me on Block... that made me that I couldnt report him for his behavior and when I press support they give me no suggestion how to report a player who has blocked me for bad behavior very unsupportive.

Public reporting isn't allowed. You should be able to get the support tool to open a ticket with staff. Be sure to fully explain your issue. If the tool doesn't offer to transfer to staff, try something like contact an agent 

how do I contact an agent and not an AI
