For the 2nd time now in Blitz, I play a move but it doesn’t go through for whatever reason, and so I end up losing on time. The first time it happened I was connected to wifi the whole way through. The second I decided to switch to data as I realized what was happening, and still nothing changed. Asked my opponent if my move went through and he said it didn’t. I’ve got pictures of everything if it helps. Shows that I played a3, and my timer continuing to tick down from a minute to zero. Also have screenshot of my opponent saying my move didn’t go through. Has anybody else experienced this?

Arena Games tab stuck with number 20 regardless actual number of players/games on an arena and within the tab. IOS latest version.
( imho, either hardcode or leak of pagination parameter)

Last game it was my opponents turn, his clock was running out, and after a minute it showed that I abandoned. Didn't even warn me
Game before that one my opponent abandoned and instead of him losing I lost

Hello, lately after 10 to 15 seconds of starting a game, the web connects me to another new game and doesn't allow me to go back to the first one. I'm at desktop web browser for windows

Make sure you don't have the Live setting to allow multiple Live games. You may be accidentally clicking the New Game button and if that setting is on, it can pair you again.

this puzzle is buggy, when i solve it it shows me "pending" as the rating, and it is also unrated on my stats page ( https://www.chess.com/stats/puzzles/bmacho link only relevant for ~4 days ), but when someone clicks on it, it shows 1897. It is also handled as n unrated puzzle, it does not count in my daily 5.
Also it gets insanely high amount of attempts.
I was recently trying to learn how to mate with rook and king, so I ended up on this site. Puzzle 2 is actually broken. It wants you to move the rook to a position H6 to push the king back. Though when you try to do this the puzzle reports that you did it wrong even though if you click the best move it's H6.

Hi I want to report a bug you see I was playing with this ai called Isabel the game started out great but during the end game she suddenly ate my pawn using her pawn even tho my pawn was on the back of her pawn she literally ate it like I didn't move it I was soo close to beating her and she just pulls out a Uno reverse bug card.🙂feeling frustrated rn

It's a legal move called en passant.

The abandonment timer, after the first move is played by each player, is half the base time control, not 1 minute; the disconnect timer would have been 1 minute, though your opponent only took 51.8 seconds

That said, unless something has changed, a disconnect timer can start during your opponent's move, so you could have potentially been disconnected from the server right after your move was sent.
I just played a game and i moved my peice,I waited for my opponents clock to count down from 6 minutes all the way to zero then it said i lost on time and my move got sent back to where it originally was.
i had a weak connection for, i started 3 matches but my first moves werent played and somehow they were recorded as lost without even a move from my side, how am i supposed to report them!?

Hi,
For last few hours I cannot load my games in Daily Games. I can see all my games in current view but when I press to open latest position it doesn`t load so I cannot proceed with my games. Everything else seems to work fine ( live chess, vs. computer, puzzles, games explorer).
