I was playing 4 player chess, it was me (as yellow) vs red, as we were the only ones who remained, I was about to check mate him by taking a pawn which would give me 21 points putting us both at 59, he then, after committing a big mistake by basically attacking me with the only piece that could stop mate, resigned which gave me 20 points and I LOST because I ended up with 58 and him with 59. Why is that a thing? when a player resigns they should lose the match, otherwise i could mate 2 players and just quit. could you guys change this somehow? because i dont think it's right to win by resigning

Hola, soy novato en esto .... tengo una partida en un torneo (rapido de primavera, grupo 3 ronda 1) y una de las partidas con uno de los oponentes venta en rojo y no puedo consultar ni acceder. Alguien puede decirme que pasa?

I don't know why but as soon as I finish a game and I am on the home page on my phone ,the game automatically pairs me with someone, but I never selected a rematch or new game ,this causes me to abort games unnecessarily

Computer analysis doesn’t work every time on the mobile app. I’ll end a game, tap on “Analysis” and the computer analysis will load, but it won’t analyze anything. It only works a fraction of the time. Sometimes I’ll have to exit and retry analysis like ten times for it to work once. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi, it seems that the Ctrl+F (searching) doesn't work on the team match pages in Firefox.

I wanted to search between the registered players, but it couldn't find it.

I'm not sure if it is a Firefox or a chess.com problem, but in the past it seemed to work. Could you please check this problem?

This is a minor bug. I scored 41 in puzzle rush survival mode and it is showing 41 as my personal best but it has not been updated in the global and friends filter section.

I just started playing on chess.com and lost my last two games on time when it's set for 5 min play but I lose on Time after barely 20 or 30 seconds into my 9th or 10 rh move...smh

whenever i go to the chat thing at the left side of the screen and click on a friend to chat with, the chat doesn't come up

The queen on f5 is black. Have you tried clearing your cache?

@Martin_Stahl  a lot of people are having this issue, including me. Clearing cache doesn't help unfortunately. Not sure why this is happening sad.png

Just cleared my cache, and it didn't help. I can figure out where the queens are myself by checking the log, but it's still annoying.

Are you running an ad blocker? You might also try loading the site under a private/incognito mode to rule out any cache issue.
