I got this bug for several times: I can't move my horse. I can move anything else but the game doesnt let me make move with my horse. WTF? How do I solve this? Game is obviously unplayable this way.

I do use Adblock PLus, should I disable it on the site?
You might try it and see what happens. Might need to whitelist a few URL/domains so the correct scripts aren't blocked.

That is certainly not a bug.
It's a bug.
Of course, it's almost game over, and nobody would pay attention.
However it does make sense which rook to move to d8. Rad8 leaves a white field which makes it unreachable for white-field opponents bishop. I do expect that the best is one move here, others are good, excellent, not bad
It would be acceptable to have several best moves with same score -13.1, but scores are clearly different. Thus one move is the best, the other is quite good, almost best, but is not the best.

I would like to report a bug I found in the Android chess.com application.
Whenever I solve a puzzle, I like to check it after solving, and the engine suggestion at the top of the screen randomly disappears.
What should I do?
everyone and a while the game will freeze up and I have to refresh. when this happens it kicks me off the game and says I lost because I left.
I might just be an idiot but I can't figure this out. I am white in this game and go first, but my pieces are actually black and my opponents pieces are white when they should be black? Is there a way to change this/is it intended?

First step is try clearing your browser cache.
if that doesn't work, what Animation type do you have under Settings > Board and Pieces?
If it's Natural or maybe Arcade try changing to the default one and see if that fixes the problem.

Bug1:
As the pic shows, I (bmacho) was on 1323 points before the game, I won +4 points, and my new rating was 1330.
Bug2: this member's https://www.chess.com/stats/live/bughouse/balukapitany bughouse stat is inconsistent about their dec 7 2020 rating. 30 and 60 days views show that they had 1494 points at that day, while 90 days, 1 year and all time views show 1509 points for him on the day dec 7 2020.

The bug report tool does. It takes a snapshot and lets them know
