Report Bug Game abandoned error

Recently, I had "game abandon" errors on my chess.com phone app.
This was the first time its happened, and I'm hoping someone at chess.com can reverse them.
The first game was with a player named Toma1975.
After I made my 1st move pawn to e4. I waited for Toma1975 to make the next move. I waited but no response. The clock ticked away for over 20 minutes. Subsequently, the game system decided I was the one who abandoned the game and awarded the game to my opponent and showed a shorter time for the game play. I'm not blaming Toma1975. Clearly, the chess.com system made an error.
The 2nd game was with yoshiharas - and ended with "game abandoned" but I'm not sure if he quit or not as I was waiting for his move.
Does chess.com address any of these bugs?
Unless there was a site issue, the sure doesn't normally do anything about game losses die to connection issues.
If you're on the app, you might verify your on the newest version. Also, if your on both wifi and cellular data, you might turn off one as the two connections can cause the data path to alternate, depending on conditions, and cause connection issues.

There was no connection problem. The clock was ticking. I had already made my move.
But after 20 minutes, as mentioned, the chess.com app said I had abandoned the game. Its clear that the app made an error.

The clock on your app may have been showing it was your opponent to move, but if you had disconnected from the server, both your opponent's app and the chess.com server would show it was you to move.
Double check what Martin advises.
