In what instance did I violate the policy of fair play?

I have been restricted too. I have never purposefully stalled or disconnected. If I need to leave the pc, I resign. How do I regain ability to open play if I have 3 friends with much less time to play chess online than myself? I think they (the site) just want you to upgrade, or don't want too many players that aren't paying in the mix. Bit annoyed as this site seems otherwise excellent.
You currently cannot create or accept open challenges. You play is restricted because you have not followed our fair play policy which discourages disconnecting,interntional stalling,etc. However, you are allowed to still play with friends. You may play openly again after finishing more games with fair play. If you feel this is an error, please contact Chess.com support....Yeah def a mistake i play fair always finish my games unless a rare d/c does occur i don't think this is fair i've lost afew id's due to one thing or another and it put's me off coming back to this site anyways...any advice would be much appreciated ty in Advance.
