Reporting Moderation Abuse

I'm copy pasting as an open letter what i posted to chess.com support via mail:

Hi i am one of the Top Blogger's and everyday user of chess.com live chess arena. I'm one of regulars of the top game chats. I am only once kicked from live chess before, it was an autokick because of using a bad word(which i didnt know it was in the blacklist)

I was watching TT now. The problematic moderator of chess.com "monitor" kicked me at game 6.

It was Lyonbeast(MVL) vs. Tal-Baron game. TalBaron beat MVL in 40 seconds with computer-perfect play, and 2 times forced repetiton to hide from engine detection!! MVL accused him of cheating. Al strong players in the chat agreed like Siana for example. It was an obvious engine play. So i called Talbaron pro cheater, that is why i am kicked.

MVL and Hikaru accused Tal-Baron using engine on one of the previous TTs(in which Tilichew and 9Sh2Mat were banned)

I wonder "monitor" kicked MVL from live chess also??

This "monitor" guy hated by a number of decent all time live chess users. I demand his live chess moderation rights be restricted. He just murdered my monthly TT enjoyment!

Edit:
MVL also said, Baron plays better blitz than classical
Here are the lichess inaccuracy-mistake-blunder,acp analyses with very strong stockfish of lichess.org
G1
0-0-0 5acp loss
G2
0-0-1 19acp loss (must be a mouse slip)
G3
3-2-0 17acp loss
G4
5-1-1 27acp loss (blunder is not a blunder here)
G5
7-3-0 29acp loss
G6 (against MVL)
1-0-0 11acp loss
G7
3-1-3 43acp loss (notice mistakes and blunders don't matter in totally winning position )
G8
2-5-3 52acp loss (again 5 mistakes and 3 blunders are not important here after 7.00 evaluated 15th move)
G9
0-0-0 3acp loss

You accused osmeone of cheating and dont understand why you were kicked?

Don't worry. I have a video recording of me getting muted for nothing by a moderator who probably didn't know I was video recording. I'll post it in a short while to show how Live Chess Moderation takes place now a days.

Same thing happend to me today also. Same guy GM Tal-Baron played vs 2Vladimirovch with engine accuracy and beated him. We have all on game live chat disscussed about the Tal-Barons "impresive" play, starts with GM Siana. But only I was muted, without any warning. My only and onliest message was : "an obviouse engine user" and I am staying with that claim! But the main question is should we be warned first before that muting? And who was that "monitoring" guy?

You accused someone of cheating and dont understand why you were muted?

Its a website, they can mute for anything they want.  No reason needs to be given.

@Diakonia,

Than almost every single person from that live chat should be muted!

Unless you have proof, you shouldnt type accusing someone of cheating. You and no one else have any proof.  Discuss amongst yourselves  in a private chat if you wish.

As far as moderators abusing there power?  Its a website, you have no rights.

Haggard-CC

well 2 superGMs accusations, dosens of strong players' agreement, and lichess's accuracy/mistake/blunder analysis show you the fact!!

I'd be a moderator, I might ban someone for writing "than" for "then", or "there" for "their" :-)

I'm going to put things a bit different. So, why GM Siana isn't muted? Why MVL isn't muted? Etc...?

GM's have a higher understanding of the game, and are more reliable in determining if something suspicious is going on.  Having a bunch of average players jumping on the chess engine bandwagon posting accusation of cheating doesnt help.

The comment I was muted immediately without any warning was, "Hey Moonie, who do you think won this tourney? I think it was LyonBeast". Now does that make any sense to ya? I'll post the video here and report it to staff tomorrow.

Did you watch the Titled tuesday game between LyonBeast vs Tal-Baron(Maxime Vachier Lagrave vs Tal Baron)? Did you read the comments made by MVL? He specifically asked Baron to "disc your comp" which means "disconnect your engine". What do you want to say about that?

VibrantMoves

Yeah, I have the video recording of the conversation. I want to know who muted me.

I was watched Tal-Barons games in 5,6 and 7th round and tracked all comments. After that I was pissed off because I was muted.

Oh well, he spanked the hell out of two Super GMs who are awesome in blitz. What's more to say about it? lol And, here comes a moderator who knows a bit about chess and mutes us. I would like to play a blitz game with this mod.

Watching chess on TV is like watching TV, it bores me to tears.

Don't worry. I will report this moderator to a staff member. This has become a daily routine now for these new LIVE Chess moderators.

Are you blind or simply want to ignore the visual evidence? Take a pick.

This Tal Baron is an obvious cheat indeed. I even know which engine he is using. 100% match with houdini 4 pro. I think the mods need to spend a little less time muting the people accusing him and a little more time investigating Tal Baron.

People accusing someone of cheating deserve to be muted.  chess.com will do the right thing and ban him if he was cheating.  let it go and move on.

VibrantMoves

Alright. I go by your words. Let's mute the Super GM Maxime Lagrave first. He was the FIRST person who accused Tal-Baron of cheating. Now, will you support it? I guess not. Oh wait, GM Hikaru Nakamura accused him of cheating too in the tournament he won. let's BAN him as well. Get it sorted?
