Hello, I’m back. While the fiasco of canceling my banned account premium cancelation goes on, I’ve been getting back in to chess. Do I have to get accepted to continue playing, or am I gone for ever?

You should have received information on what options you had. If you created the account without that, support should hopefully see that and work with this account.

Hello. Unfortunately the email tied with the account cannot send or receive mail. What must I do?

I would just wait until support gets back to you. Work with that staff member and they should be able to assist.
