Resetting my account

Hi,

Is there any way that I ( or the chess.com staff ) can reset my account? I have a timeout ratio of 23% and it isnt going down that quick...

And you want that just to go away with magic wand. You have that cuz you did not finish 25% of your games (that is, you lost them on time), and it is there for a reason. So if I start a tournament I can see that there is a chance that you will lose your games on time and mess everything up. Same as time/move, it is there for a reason, so I can avoid playing games vs people who will play in last hour of their 3days/move setings, and play that game for months.

Play games, dont lose on time, and it will go down, slowly, but it will.

It will take a long time to fix this account but there are ways to speed the process.

1 - Pick up open seeks from newly joined members, they will most likely time out.

2 - Pick up open seeks from players "going for zero".

3 - Pick up open seeks from players who have high timeout ratios.

4 - Challenge those who have played recently and are at the end of this list. If not "going for zero" nor players with many timeouts you may be able to win games with Scholar's Mate.
