Resigning before the game even starts

so basically i was playing blitz and when i was searching for a new game... i suddenly randomly lost elo in the blink of a eye... like i was like 1230 and then just ranomdly in the blink of an eye, while the game was still searching it went to 1222... it happened twice or thrice... i was super confused losing elo for no reason... my internet was also completely stable and everything was fine... and then i just went to my recent games.. and saw that both the games had said 0 moves were played and my opponent had won because i resigned... like wtf..  the games never even loaded for me... it only said searching for game and randomly lost elo... and obviously i didnt resign... so what is this, some kind of bug? and if so where do i report it? why did it just auto resign in like 1 second automatically... 

It said you abandoned the game
Maybe you clicked the back button before the game loaded or something?
