Response Time
Not only have there been more members, the number of tickets being sent to support have been a lot higher than normal as well. Tickets get responded to in the order they come in, so it may take longer than normal for resolution.
The site has been adding support staff to help with the loads, though it takes time to train them and get them up to speed. They'll get to your ticket and if it was set as a billing/refund, it shouldn't take too long.
