Response Time

So I had started my free 7 day trial, cancelling it a day before the charge. I was charged anyways for *$138.11*. I have sent an email for a refund but they have yet to respond to it. I've gotten the copy and paste email "we are currently experiencing overflow.." bullcrap. I understand the recent influx of new users, but seriously? This is impacting my small business a lot and I really need my money back soon.

Not only have there been more members, the number of tickets being sent to support have been a lot higher than normal as well. Tickets get responded to in the order they come in, so it may take longer than normal for resolution. 

 

The site has been adding support staff to help with the loads, though it takes time to train them and get them up to speed. They'll get to your ticket and if it was set as a billing/refund, it shouldn't take too long.
