His loss on time wasn't a fault of his, which is why the games were resumed for him. We can't change a rated game to unrated sorry.

These two games were lost on time, and I gained rating points and tournament points for the wins:

The player on the other end timed out many games and lost many rating points, so now obviously the player is underrated, so that if I lose I will lose to somebody with a rating that appears under mine but in fact is not.
I don't understand why his games have been resumed after he lost on time. I received the two following emails as proof:

However, the games are now back at a time when I really can't focus on two extra games.
I request that, since my opponent lost on time, his games should not be restarted. My opponent lost on time on the 25th of October, over two weeks ago. If this cannot be done, I would like the games to be made unrated so that I can resign them or lose them on time without losing rating points which I clearly do not deserve to lose.
An explanation or some advice would be welcome.
