I was playing live chess, and since yesterday it started saying that I need to not abort games on purpose because of the fair play policy.  But the thing is, the games would abort before they even showed up on my screen to play!  And now I have to wait 5 minutes in between games because of games I never even saw.  I've never purposly aborted a game and I don't know what to do.  Please help.

What browser and operating system are you using? What type of connection are you on?

Cowboy_Jack

I use Firefox and windows 7.  The connection is called sniper hill, which is the one I'm forced to use.  That's because I'm currently stationed in Afghanistan, so it's the only choice.  But it normaly works, and if it doesn't it always lets me know.

Sniper Hill is satellite based, right? If so, there may be nothing you can do. Lag is just too big.

Perhaps you could file a support ticket explaining your situation. Perhaps they'll lift your restriction.

Hmm, yeah I think so.  Alright I'll look into that.  Thanks!
