Could you tell us what kind of internet connection do you have (like wi-fi etc.).

Is it fast and stable? Sometimes chess.com has to restrict live chess for users who have very slow and unstable connections.

Actually sir i didn't know about the fair play policy. Now i read it and beg ur pardon for not maintaining ur fair play policy. I am really sorry for that. Now my account is blocked. It showing that " You currently cannot join tournaments. Your play is restricted because you have not followed our Fair Play Policy which discourages disconnecting, intentional stalling, etc. However, you are allowed to still play with friends. You may play openly again after finishing more games with fair play. If you feel this is an error, please contact Chess.com support. " 

So, sir please remove this problem. I am ensuring you i will not do this again.
