He has you in perpetual check, which is a draw.
review the rules!

Unfortunately, you're opponent is illustrating precisely why it is not a winning game. Perpetual check is a great defensive resource if you're opponent has neglected their King safety despite having an otherwise winning position and as a result I'm afraid you'll have to settle for the draw.

This Topic/Complaint seems to come up regularly - You do not have a winning game! It's a draw!
Regardless of how much better you think your position is you must be always be vigilant against your opponent's ability to perpetually check you; especially with the Queens still on the board! You didn't do that and your opponent has grabbed the draw. Probably gleefully.
I wonder how many times your opponent has offered a draw?
is there a way to make my opponent change is move or claim a winning game? My opponent is making the same move to keep my on checked with no purpose, it as been at least 15 moves and would like him to do something different. So to whom design that application, I think that it should be a way to force a win if the opponent keep doing the same move especially for so long!
