That's probably your best bet.
I originally asked "1. Does Chess.com have a rules page?" the answer was yes. So where can I find it?
Those are time controls. 15/10 means 15 minutes with 10 seconds added after each move. 5/0 just means 5 minutes.
At the very bottom of the home page, in fine print.

So I had a game that was a sure win. I thought about posting it to my facebook account but figured it could be a violation of rules. I didn't do it. My opponent resigned before I even got the question answered. As I read the rules as long as I didn't receive help it would not be illegal. I will never do it. I don't want any question of my fair play. I just want to say that I could see a person thinking that it would be ok to post a game that is not complete as long as they did not receive help with it.
If I'm interpreting correctly, chess.com probably doesn't care what you post to your Facebook account.
1. Does Chess.com have a rules page?
2. Is there a rule concerning posting a game in progress to a social website like Facebook?
