Apple has their own feature on participating iPhones that was released in iOS 12 called “Screen Time”. While it may provide in-depth details, it can show you how long you were on the app for, how many notifications you got from it, and how many times you unlocked your phone and was the first app to open.
is there a function that tells me how much time I spend, daily or weekly etc, on my desktop Chess.com?
