server keeps aborting my games

why does server keeps aborting my games???

I ask you if the problem persists, as I have been having this problem as well.

The server will abort your game on your behalf if you don't make your first move playing as white or black within 15-20 seconds of the start of the game.

mine seems to crash a lot on my galxay s 2 so i thought i would play on my laptop, despite havin decent width it has crashed 3 games and given me 2 warnings and a warning to next man i was playing this sucks, love it when it works though

maybe your opponent aborts it

The server just aborted four of my games with different opponents

It aborts my games, and I always lose rating, but its done it for 7 games in a row =(

has anyone found a way to fix this?

I keep getting the same thing. Server aborts before I can even move.

Would like to know how to fix this.

How are you all connecting to Live chess? Through a computer and web browser? (Which versions?) or through a mobile device (browser or app?)

I am connecting through a pc but my internet connection is from tethering my iphone to the computer

That might be causing lag so that your computer doesn't tell you when the game actually starts, which causes you to miss the 15-20 second first move window.

This is my first times to abort my online games although I was new here in chess.com. ugh!! disgusting. To the server or to whom it my concern what we're gonna do now? chess.com help us please for our some few games where aborted and it is whort for us.... Thanks.

No entiendo voy a perder todas las partidas me dice que aborte los juegos que hago en este caso voy a perder muchos puntos si esto sigue asi

This is not a problem with Live Chess, but rather a problem we are all experiencing with Online Chess games.  Everytime I click on a highlighted game that is my move, I get a "Game Aborted" message.
