literally connections issue every game. makes chess.com even more boring since they cant even fix their own servers. im going back to lichess fr.

Lost a few games today because of server errors. You wait on a tournament it starts but you don’t.

Furious146, I’ve started to think it might be by design.
Addiction experts have learned that adding random elements to a skill based game like chess can make it more addictive. Since chess is based almost entirely on skill, server timeouts and errors serve this purpose. Sure, I t’s frustrating, but it actually causes many people to play even more.

It most certainly isn't being done on purpose.
Does Chess.com still have server's problems? I've played 10 games in these days and every time that i'm close to win the server goes down. Please chess.com check this problem. it's frustrating playing like this, I do not see any pourpose

While the site isn't 100% complete with all work, it hasn't been having any major problems recently and most of the time the server has been up. That said, around the time you posted, there was a scheduled live server restart and when that happens, all ongoing games are aborted.

my game just froze and I close the game, we both had good connections and our time was frozen, i made the last move and the game froze, can anyone help out?

There was a load test arena earlier that caused an outage. There should be automatic point refunds given for games in that timeframe.
The original post asked about a server status page. Is one available? I would really like to check the load on the servers before I start a game. I recently had a game freeze and it was not a pleasant experience. And in a 30 minute rapid game, it results in a lot of wasted time watching an unchanging board.
