1-it shows network down count-down (which is impossible but hey...ok)

2- I reloaded quickly and back to game within 2 seconds

3- as you can see on screen-shot my opponent won...which is impossible because we are in the middle of a game and you can see there is no way he won

4- if i click on X to close window the game seems to let me keep playing but....

5- i move any piece and the board becomes white and all stops...anyway game is over still I lost

This has happened many times and I had lost games in this way, it's not fair Chess.com!

You must have been disconnected from the server for longer already.

That's impossible, the network went down and as it starts the count-down I immediately refreshed, within 2 second I was back but as you know, I lost, this happened many times, I think Chess.com has problems and it's very unfair

The Live server handles the actual clocks and disconnect timers. It's very likely the client code didn't see the disconnect initially and when it connected the timer on the server was already almost out.
