I tried joining Arena. After several efforts, I still was not in. At least there was now indication that I was in, as each effort reverted back to the screen showing play, tournament, and other options. Then, I saw a game completed, which was never visible before.
My rating went down 13 for a game I did not know I was in and had no way to make moves.
How do I get these points back?
