Some games are missing from the archive !!!

Hello

I download my games regularly as pgn files to create a database of my games on my computer  .... that is why i decided to write this topic

i noticed that the number of my drawn blitz games is one game less than the number shown in the statistics ..... after some searching i found this game that was not shown in the archive

N.B : i found the game in the archive in chess.com app on my tablet ( app version 3.5.6 )

the game is not shown in the archive in chess.com app on my phone ( app version 3.4.09 )

the game is not shown in the archive in chess.com PC website on ( using Firefox ) .... i found the game only by searching for my opponent name in the statistics page

i don't know if there are other missing games but i hope not

amazingly when i open the archive it still not present ...... i think it is a technical problem

the game is not lost but i think there is a technical problem makes it disappear ..... as i said earlier the game is shown in the archive when i use chess.com app on my tablet but not on the mobile app and not on the PC

the game is supposed to between the "Can_isak" game and the "joblo100" game

The game is in your archive, it is just that particular draw filter is apparently missing it for some reason. Probably worth a bug report. When I look at all your games, even just all blitz, it shows up.

I am missing a lot of my games against bots. In particular, all those played in the Android app. I just had a nice win over Li, and would like to be able to revisit it, perhaps also export it as PGN.

Bot games are not saved by default unless you manually save them. On the website, running a Game Review will save them but not sure the report on the app does or not 

Thanks. Appparently, it does not. I regularly run game reports in the app, but the games are never saved to thee archive. (I am not a premium member, though. Don't know if that matters.) There seems to be no way to save them either, except immediately using "Share" to generate a PGN string. Luckily, I did that this time. 😅

On Android after the game you hit the Options menu and Add to Archive

Thanks! I found that menu entry after posting here. I think I had to enter analysis first, though. 🤔

Some of my games against chess bots were saved even though I did not click “game review”, but other games against bots did not save.
