someone has has reported my son for wrong doing wrongly for as he lost the game and sent message "You started kibitzing in order to gain an advantage. You don't know how to respect others. If I did it to you, you would be offended. Correct? You have been reported for harassment and cheating. Next time play fair or you will not stay in this server for long. Eventually, others will report you for the same behavior.".
My son sys he did not do anything wrong or do anything wrong but got an email from chess.com stating, his account has been closed for as per fair play policy.
I know my son he never does anything wrong. He has appealed towards the action taken by chess, com can anyone advise how long does it take for then to review and respond
