did support email you back?
Do you remember i posted i got free membership from a user? Now, that membership isn't here, but i also lost my OWN, BOUGHT membership. Did anyone EVER experienced something like that? Do i have to go for chess.com support again?
Yes, you'll need to contact Chess.com support via https://support.chess.com/article/346-contact-us - it looks like the original user wanted to withdraw their gift subscription to you, and in the process of actioning that, whatever premium membership you originally had was also removed. Only Support will be able to help you with that.

When you use that link, the bot sends an email to the address you give: if you haven't seen that, maybe there was a typo, or check the junk or spam folders; you can also try emailing support@chess.com directly.
