ok, sorry. Its like when I play Bullet, there aren't any problems most of the time. it seems like, because there are a lot of sounds in a short period of time. But when I play rapid or something with some minutes between each move, the first move after this longer period of silence is like very silent and muffled.

im having audio issues as well. sound come and go. move to move.
Dear Support Team,
when i play at my desk Computer, i have a sound issue with all browsers at chess.com.
There arent any other sound problems at my desk at all, so i just try it here. Of course i am not asking you for a analysis of my computer drivers or settings, which is also why i dont attach some more information about that. But did you hear something similiar before? I cannt find a topic like this in the internet.
