we use flash for sound, so you need to have that installed

I have no sound while I"m playing, though my settings are set for sound. Any ideas about what to do? The only way I can hear at the moment is to be on skype with another player who is logged on and watching and then I can hear!!
I have a Logitech wireless headset with a USB connection. I've tried taking it out to see if I can get sound through my computer but that doesn't seem to help. Maybe the site isn't good at picking up where your sound is on your computer???
