You should tell people here what email you emailed to do that later on there is no confusion such as "you write to the wrong email address".
Technically it is possible they have quite many emails from people since they have tens of thousands of members, but it is just my guess.
Did you log a support ticket? If you just sent emails off into the ether, then, well, I'm not saying you *should* be ignored, but it does happen, so try logging a ticket.

We have responded to all of the message we received, it appears you are not receiving any these. Have you checked your spam mail?

As Blackenne said, we do respond to every support email sent to us and typically within 24 hours. It is a good idea to check your spam folder if you're not seeing responses and also ensuring that you put your correct email address on the contact form.
Both me and another player have sent report on a cheater in a tournament we both play in at moment. At least I didn't get a response as of yet, and the cheater is still active. As I know you've dealt with cheaters I've reported before, I believe you will again. I guess you just have a backlog and will get to our request when you're through, meanwhile we're waiting. They're probably keeping one eye on him. The problem with all of this is that if they kill the account after one one incident, the guy can come back and say it was just him being really good. Without corrobrating data from further games it's really hard for Chess.com to refute this claim.
However, if you've got ten games of the player matching the top computer move each and every time, it's next to impossible for that player to squeeze out of it.
That's just my $0.02 though; could be wrong.
You are right. However, it looks like they have taken a look already, because in the last hour since I posted this, they have closed his account and sent me a reply. But true, noone should be shut down for cheating without investigation. I know players here who were accused of cheating, who were just very good, and I have played with many very talented players, who won by good talent, not by cheating.
Plus people and computers will agree from time to time without each other knowing it, so that has to be accounted for as well. If cheating meant matching the computer one time we'd all be banned from here. :)

I have spent a lot of money and a lot of time. I enjoy this site beyond words. I have met and now correspond with several people at this site, both fellow players and teachers.
However, its bad form at best to ignore clients.
I am posting this in desperation after being repeatedly ignored. I can only hope my entreaties do NOT fall on deaf ears any longer.
