I was playing a ten minute game (King's English Variation) and the other player offered me a draw (declined) when he was losing very bad (he had a rook + knight and I had all my pieces). When I got a second queen the game ended in a stalemate.
Is the player using some hack to stale (only 1 king and 2 pawns on the board).
