I just lost and it counted that loss but still has not my 4 wins before that (they were all rated I just double checked).

Ah, did they go beyond Black's 3rd move? As a game will not be chalked up if White has not made the 4th move.
And so, players will treat such short 'games' as equivalent to an abort and feel free to resign, knowing they'll not lose any points.

2 of the games went 20 moves, 2 went 50 so they were easily past the 3rd move. The same thing is happening on my brothers account. Its only counting our losses and not our wins.
Well, I've looked a 2nd time over your game history in the past week, and I'm not finding the relevant games (for every game I've found, you've had a rating adjustment up or down depending on whether you've won or lost). Perhaps these are old games?
What, are the dates of the games that are at issue?

3 games were on september 4th, 1 on september 5th. Its counted my win towards my rating but not my win loss. (It did start counting my wins again today) Go through my game archive and the wins and losses wont add up to what it says on the side of my live chess profile.

Records / stats are sluggish to be updated. I don't know how sluggish (day or so? up to maybe a week??), if that is the issue.
Please be patient, and accept that the site sees updating member stats as a low priority it'll get around to when it gets around to it.

first off Im not angry or being impatient, Im just posting an error I'm seeing so relax (how else are you suppose to know about it if I dont post it). 2nd its not that the stats are updating slow its that they r updating wrong. It never counted those 4 games for me, but has been counting the games since. If it was just a matter of not updating my record past a certain date I would understand that maybe the site would get to it later, but it just skipped those 4 games and has updated the handful I have played since which makes me think its an error or glitch and will never update it on its own correctly.
Well, checking your point is beyond me, sorry. Perhaps it was a momentary glitch.
At the moment, 1127 is your standard rating on the right side of your rating information, and 1127 is your standard rating shown as for your last game. Perhaps your "stats" have now caught up for you (and your brother?).

boy are you not listening to what I saying. I've already said my rating as been updating fine. Its my win loss thats screwed up.Once again 4 games in a row over september 4th and 5th were not counted. please dont say they will catch up because the games since have counted while those still have not. So its not a delay that gonna catch up its a glitch. Once again is not my rating its the win loss record missing my 4 wins on sept 4th and 5th.
Sorry, I'd never have imagined it had to do with your 282 (134/134/14) stats (or that someone could readily backtrack how well your stats were keeping up with your games, without their actually tracking your 282 standard game wins, losses and draws). (I'd of had a better clue if you'd stated the before and after stats for a series of games.)

I couldn't understand what that first paragraph is even saying. Very poorly worded.
I've had four straight live games not count for my record or stats and they were rated games.
