I have regularly checked. Today is the first time it worked again. So maybe they fixed it. (Same for the bug where you could not properly practice against a bot - which had appeared at the exact same time).

I haven't checked it myself (I haven't played in a while). But I know how anoying this bug can be and as a previous post in november stated: it seems not to effect everyone. However I don't think that YOU have to fix anything. Look at the dates of the first and last posts in November. It took chess.com some days to fix it. So I guess the people at chess.com have to put in some work to fix it.

my Rating is 1573. But it is showing my higest rating is 1528 .

You should all file bug reports to let the developers know. (Bug reports are done through the Support menu.) The bug reports also send along info on your setup. It helps them figure out if some release they did has caused problems.
Posting more "me too" reports here won't help.
I would love to hear that someone actually took the time to file a bug report.
