Stop auto vacation time

How do you stop chess.com from automatically placing you on vacation when your time runs low?

BlueGator456

Well, I do not know how you stop auto-vacation, but I think this might help your problem. Try pressing the "Account" button under the "My Home" tab at the top of the page. Then, try going under your Online Chess Settings on the Account page. At the bottom of the Online Chess settings page, there should be a check box that says something like, "Pause My Games!" If the check box is marked, then unmark it and "Save your Changes." If that does not help, then follow this link and read all of the FAQ:

If that doesn't work either, then just contact the Chess.com Help and Support. If you need the link to Contact Support, just ask because I will be tracking this forum topic.

Do not pay for premium membership or play only no-vacation tournaments.

BlueGator456 thanks but the box you're referring to uncheck is unchecked - when it's checked that's how you put yourself on vacation whenever you want to, regardless of how much time is left in any of your games. I think TadDude is probably correct he's answered several other questions for me correctly but I'll ask Help & Support directly now.

I also found another FAQ that is related to this question, if you want to look at it, while you are waiting for Help and Support's reply:

I think he probably noticed that, but that wouldn't be a reasonable solution to the problem.

I checked with Help & Support and they said they would keep this option in mind as a future upgrade.

BlueGator456

Oh, okay, but RetGuvvie98, I didn't say that your idea wasn't an impossible solution, I just thought it was unreasonable.

I think that TadDude's suggestion is the best...
