I hope this gets fixed, mine was about 340ish days and my goal for nearly a year has been to see it through to 365... sent an email inquiring about it and it wasn't answered (I didn't think to look on the forum, so I'm an idiot I admit, but still...)
So I guess late news is better than none...

Right, I'm not in the habit of looking at the forums. In fact, apparently my previous post was my first post! So now I know. But I still feel like if a paying customer sends an email, it's only polite to answer...

The site doesn't use email for support. Instead the support tool in the menu is used.

What about the chess.com year review? I remember when 2023 ended, chess.com showed us a 2023 review, it had nice features, and I was waiting for 2024 review too, but didn't get it. Also I became online every day to see what happens with over 1 year online streaks, but it didn't come.

Hey! Thanks for sharing this excitement with the Year In Chess. It's truly great, to be honest. This year, unfortunately, our team was focused on other features and projects, and the review was not launched. That said, reading feedback like yours serves as reminder on trying to get it back soon!

Streaks were removed more recently. It hasn't been a year. They had been available again up until January of this year.

i started writing in this forum feb 19 2024 since streaks got removed from me since then i have never seen them since then its been more than a year
you said their was an achievment for it. I collect achievments i have 138
