Stuck on login screen

I have recently been unable to login to my account in chess.com app on iOS.
Moreover, as I use an iPhone, there should be an option to use Apple ID to login but the app does not provide it.
Also when I select any available option to login, it just starts showing the chess.com loading animation on top of the login screen.
I don’t know what to do so does anyone has tips or solution to this problem?
I am using iPhone 6 with iOS 12.5.7

Verify your app is updated. 4.1.11 was recently released.

I have the same problem, the app opens but does not let me in on my i pad? It started last week, got in again over the weekend now its, not letting me in from today again? I have deleted the app many times, just not working? I can get in off my i phone though? What’s happening??

What version is your app?

Same! I recently updated my app (my phone is parental managed through Pinwheel.com) and I cannot get past the login page! I put in my username and password and every time I open the application I get a message "Chess keeps stopping". I don't know what to do, I cleared the storage, cache and restarted my phone and uninstalled the app!

Are you on the newest version of the app?
It's likely an issue with the other software on the device.
