I got an answer from another forum, and it certainly wasn't obvious!
It stands for Sonneborn-Berger score, a tie breaking system, you can read more about it.

I'm using Arena to run a round robin tournament of 3 engines (Houdini, Critter, Stockfish). The table header for the tournament report has the following columns:
Engine Score Ho Cr St S-B
What does "S-B" mean? I'm sure it's ridiculously obvious, and I'll probably kick myself once I find out, but I'm clueless at the moment!
